Dell Precision M6500 upgraded from Win 7 PRO to Win 10 PRO after the upgrade almost everything work, the only issue I'm having is with the Bluetooth the laptop have a Dell 365 by Broadcom and after the upgrade is not on device manager so I tried reinstalling the driver in compatibility mode but no luck because is no setting for Win 10 only up to Win 8 went to Dell but no support, went to Broadcom no support, if any body have this issue and got a work around and was lucky and made it work Please Help it will be much appreciated. I have the same issue. In addition to the bluetooth problem, Intel RST does not work either under the Windows 10. Microsoft has no solution but recommends going back to manufacturer's website for answers. I did not find any answers on Intel website however during this process I noticed that Dell stated that the M6500 had not been tested for Windows 10 and therefore was not recommending the upgrade.

Based on Dell's statement, it did not seem that Dell was planning to test this machine anytime soon. Therefore I decided to go back to Windows 7 and everything has been working fine since except, in my case, that the new Microsoft keyboard driver and software that came with the Windows 10 upgrade would not go back to older version under Windows 7 and was preventing my Microsoft Ergonomics Keyboard from using the zoom bottom. I had to delete that software and reinstalled the driver for Windows 7 to make it work again. Even though Microsoft lets you go back to Windows 7 with 30 days of upgrade to Windows 10, the reverting process is not a smooth process for me. During the reverting process, my M6500 wouldn't boot from the hard drive and stated that no operating system was found as Windows 10 was deleted and I had to use system rescue several times to get back to Windows 7 with all the setting messed up. Luckily my data was not lost or messed up but I needed to do a lot of moving files around to get back to the the state before the upgrade.

Overall, it was a painful experience. I wished Microsoft had warned users in advance to check with your manufacturer first before the upgrade. Now I'm trying to decide whether to get rid of the 'Get Windows 10' notice in my system tray!
