HELP my v20 is stuck on the firmware update screen it says it is 'now waiting for any connection'.

I get this like once a month and this does the trick for me: remove the battery, and plug into a charger. From here you just have to keep trying till you get lucky. When it turns on with the battery removed it will either go back to the stupid firmware update screen or it will show a battery on screen with a loading circle. If it goes back to the fimware update screen unplug and repeat. If it shows the battery with the loading circle that is a good sign.

From here, without unplugging it, insert the battery. It should then show the battery with whatever percentage you're charged to.

When it shows that try booting up. It will probably take a bunch of tries for it to work and it is very frustrating but that's the only solution I have found so far. Hope it works for you.
