I really wish that I had this Health All Balm when my son first scraped, not cut, his lower forehead. He takes Lupron for his very early precocious puberty. Apparently, Lupron severely impairs wound healing because we have been treating this wound daily, around the lock for four weeks! Mupirocin and Neosporin were useless. Medihoney shortened the wound and got rid of the minimal infection. Eras Science Wound Healing ointment was too thin, but did prove to draw the wound up more. In addition, my son was evaluated by his pediatrician on day 21 and then by a dermatologist on day 24 to no avail.

This salve would have been a perfect mix, if used within the first few days. But, once the wound grows deeper, Comfrey and Candula do not let the sides draw together. Instead, the wound is quickly healed in the position it was in when first treated with this ointment. To note, our current regimen is rotating two mixes and immune support through supplementation. One mix is ginger root in powder form mixed with extra virgin olive oil. Another mix is Eras Science Natural Wound Healing ointment with Burt's Bees Hand Salve.

Between each dressing change, the wound is rinsed with water and aired-out for ten minutes. Supplements include one Viva Naturals Omega-3 Fish Oil in morning and at night, New Chapter Turmeric in the morning, one Doctor's Best Proteolytic Enzymes each morning and night, extra Vitamin C (total 300 mg) and Zinc (total 30 mg) split evenly throughout the day, and two GNC Teen Boys Multi-Vitamins once in morning.
